Birth during the Ancient Roman Period.
This post is similar to thoughts I had while discussing child birth but something that I couldn’t quite figure out was if there was any legal process to denying/accepting a child. Was it as simple as saying “yea or nay” or is it more lengthy? Is there any sort of legal requirements or process? I know the women have no say whatsoever in the case but is there any slim chance that she may have some influence in the decision? Bueller…..Bueller….Bueller?
